Jody Ruth
As a founder and principal of Redstones, Jody is responsible for ensuring that we deliver exceptional service and value to our clients.  By proactively bringing opportunities to the surface and creating action plans around them she has achieved a track record of financial and operating success.  Her accomplishements include:

• Developing carrier relationships and leading efforts for structure of deal terms for major media company creating a Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) business.
• Increasing business value of a professional services firm by changing the structure of customer relationship from contract per project to multi-project, multi-year, multi-million dollar contracts.  Resulted in entering next year with backlog in excess of total revenues for prior year.
• Leading a multi-billion dollar wireless carrier to achieve financial objectives for the first time in seven years.
• Leading valuation, due diligence and integration for a $3B acquisition.
• Leading pre-launch efforts for a major media company developing a converged voice and data wireless service.  Responsibilities included product development, marketing, distribution and alliance relationships with carriers and handset manufacturers.
• Leading re-engineering efforts at an airline including the re-engineering of an airframe maintenance base in several months to complete work on time and within budget.
• Completing the largest ($1B+) and fastest tower sale-leaseback in the wireless industry involving in excess of 3,000 individual sale-leaseback transactions.

Prior to founding Redstones, she held a variety of senior executive positions in finance, supply chain, re-engineering, and as GM at AOL, GTE Corp, GTE Wireless and TWA, many with global responsibilities.  She began her career at KPMG where she consistently earned awards for client service and received commendations from clients for her value to the team in getting capital transactions closed. She is a CPA.  Jody may be contacted at jruth@redstones.com.
