Don Lang
Don is a principal with Redstones and works with comanies to bring practical solutions to effectively align talent and the related talent acquisition and development processes with changing priorities and strategies.  Talent and succession planning, organizational assessment, leadership learning/training and post-merger culteral integration are particular areas of expertise.  His accomplishments include:

  • Over 12 years of experience in coaching professionals and executives.
  • International experience in North and South America, Europe and Africa.
  • Clients include Allied Signal, CIBA Vision, Citibank, Delta Airlines, Dekalb Medical Center, GE, ING, Marsh, Mirant and Tenet Healthcare.

Don has held human resource roles in several Fortune 500 companies at both corporate and field levels.  He later held several line operations management roles in healthcare service and was Director of Healthcare systems for a systems solutions company.  He then became a principal at Mainstream Access Inc., a talent development firm that was sold to Spherion.  Most recently he served as managing Director in the Human Capital Consulting Group.  Don may be contacted at dlang@redstones.com.
